10 Ways to Increase Participation in Your FundScrip Campaign

Increasing the number of active supporters in your FundScrip Campaign means more earnings for your non-profit organization, sports team, church or cause.  Here are a few ways on how you can get everyone involved!

Start at the beginning

Send out letter to potential members and be sure to ask us for some new FundScrip Supporter Brochures.

Breathe life into your existing campaign

Send a letter to existing supporters with their order envelope thanking them for their support, reminding them about the goal, and asking them to spread the word about your cause to a friend.

Tell everyone about your goal

Remind everyone in your group of why you are raising money.  Use the FundScrip Email Broadcast feature, create your own newsletters, speak at your committee meetings, include information on your website as well as take advantage of any events where your supporters are likely to be present.

Use your network

If you are on Facebook, consider setting up a Facebook Page for your group and invite your network of friends to join.  Awareness and reach is increased exponentially.

No one should be working alone to manage their campaign.  Set up an official FundScrip Committee and enlist the help of active supporters.  Brainstorm ways to increase participation and delegate email and telephone calls.

Is your group having a competition, a show or any other event where potential supporters are likely to be in attendance?  Why not set up a FundScrip table. Bring copies of the EFT Application Form or even bring along a laptop to sign up people on the spot.

Everyone loves a contest

Set up a contest! You can vary the contest around different themes.

For example:

• A recurring order contest;
• Order a minimum amount contest;
• Order during a specific week contest;
• Enlist a friend contest;
• Get creative and tell us about it!

Promote the recurring orders

Purchase in volume (a.k.a. bulk buying)

Pre-purchasing gift cards in volume ensures that you’ll always have a supply on hand.  You can sell them at events.  It’s a terrific way to gain new supporters because they don’t have to wait for delivery.
